On the palate, it is broad and silky, with balanced freshness, creamy texture, and a persistent finish reminiscent of the fruit and the soil from which it originates.

Pairing

Ideal with oily fish, seafood, seafood rice dishes, poultry in light sauce, mushrooms, and semi-cured cheeses. Serve between 9 and 11 ºC, with slight aeration to fully unleash its aromatic richness.
