This cognac is produced exclusively from Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the prestigious Grande Champagne region. Distilled in traditional copper pot stills, the spirit is aged in French oak barrels, with 20% of the final blend matured in barrels that previously held Sauternes wine, adding unique complexity and sweetness. The result is a golden amber cognac, with an aromatic and gustatory profile that combines notes of ripe fruits, spices, and a touch of honey.
