Handcrafted, this Mediterranean wine embodies the patience of the earth and time. Tasting Notes

To the eye, it shows a medium-bodied cherry red color, clean and bright, with purplish hues reflecting its youth. On the nose, it displays a fresh and expressive profile, with herbal notes reminiscent of the Mediterranean scrubland, subtle hints of red fruit, and floral and spicy nuances. On the palate, it is balanced and characterful: present but polished tannins, a broad entry, a medium body, and a persistent finish. The acidity is perfectly integrated, providing liveliness and great gastronomic versatility.

Pairing

Ideal with Mediterranean dishes such as mountain rice, cured sausages, spiced white meats, and grilled vegetables. Serve at about 16 °C to fully enjoy its aromatic expression and natural balance.
