Cristia Collection Gigondas 2023 is a dry red wine produced by Domaine de Cristia in the Gigondas AOC, in the southern Rhône Valley. It comes from vineyards located on the slopes of the Dentelles de Montmirail, where calcareous soils and a Mediterranean climate offer ideal conditions for the Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre varieties.

The harvest is done manually, with a careful selection of bunches. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in concrete tanks with native yeasts, followed by 12 months of aging in a combination of concrete tanks and oak barrels, which allows the wine to develop its characteristic complexity and elegance.
