Tasting Notes

It presents a deep cherry color. The nose highlights aromas of ripe red and black fruits, currant, blackberry, and raspberry, accompanied by herbaceous, aniseed notes, and a mineral background. On the palate, it is juicy, with vibrant acidity, firm and opulent tannins, flavors of chocolate, coffee, and spices, with a long and persistent finish. Its personality is taut, elegant, and perfectly balanced.

Pairing

Ideal with grilled meats, traditional stews, light game, artisanal cured meats, and medium-aged cheeses. It is also surprisingly good with roasted vegetables and dishes flavored with Mediterranean herbs.
