Curii Giró 2020 is a young red wine that presents with a deep, almost purplish red color, reflecting its freshness and concentration. On the nose, it reveals an explosion of fruity aromas of cherry, blackberry, and raspberry, accompanied by subtle herbal and spicy notes that add complexity. On the palate, it is juicy and vibrant, with refreshing acidity and soft tannins that lead to a long and harmonious finish. Ideal for pairing with pasta dishes, rice dishes, and white meats.

🌿 Origin and Elaboration:
Curii Giró 2020 comes from vineyards cultivated in the Alicante Designation of Origin, at 350 meters above sea level, on calcareous soils, where the indigenous Giró variety (a Grenache clone) is traditionally grown with respect for the environment. Violeta Gutiérrez de la Vega and Alberto Redrado, in their winery Curii Uvas y Vinos, are committed to a project of minimal intervention, recovering local varieties in the heart of Xaló, Alicante.

The grapes are hand-harvested when they reach their optimal ripeness. In the winery, the vinification process is carried out with native yeasts, and the wine remains in contact with the skins during fermentation. Subsequently, the wine rests in stainless steel tanks, preserving its freshness and expressiveness.
