Dama de Blancas Bruno Murciano 2023 is a limited-edition organic white wine, made from 100% centenary Macabeo. Grown in dry-farmed vineyards at 950 meters of altitude in the Hoces del Río Cabriel Natural Park, in the D.O. Utiel-Requena.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Straw yellow with greenish reflections, clean and bright.

Nose: Complex aromas of white flowers, citrus, dried fruits, and toasted almond.

Palate: Elegant entry, with notes of stone fruit and citrus, good acidity, and a persistent finish.

Serving temperature: Between 9 and 12 ºC.

Special Production

Vineyard: Located on a stony hillside over limestone bedrock, cultivated in traditional bush vines and strictly dry-farmed.

Climate: Continental Mediterranean, with cold winters and warm summers.

Harvest: Manual harvest in September, selecting bunches at their optimal ripeness.

Vinification: Cold maceration at 2°C for 2 days, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature.

Aging: 18 months in 500L second-use Allier French oak barrels, followed by 6 months in bottle before commercialization.
