Dehesa del Carrizal Syrah 2021 is a red wine produced by Dehesa del Carrizal in the D.O.P. Pago Dehesa del Carrizal, Spain. It comes from a vineyard planted in 2006 with an area of 2.1 hectares, located in the Montes de Toledo, where the Syrah vines are cultivated in clay and limestone soils.

The harvest is carried out manually, with a careful selection of grape bunches. Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation in wooden tanks. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 12 to 14 months in 500-liter French oak barrels, new and one-year-old, and a minimum of 12 months in the bottle before its commercialization.
