Dehesa del Carrizal Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 is a red wine produced by Dehesa del Carrizal in the D.O.P. Pago Dehesa del Carrizal, Spain. It comes from vineyards planted in 1987, covering 10.4 hectares, located in the Montes de Toledo, where Cabernet Sauvignon vines are cultivated in clay and limestone soils.

The harvest is done manually, with careful selection of the grape bunches. Fermentation takes place in wooden vats, followed by an aging period of 12 to 14 months in new and up to 4-year-old French oak barrels. Subsequently, the wine rests in the bottle before being released to the market.
