Delamain Pale & Dry XO is a refined expression of the art of cognac, crafted exclusively from eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne region, the premier cru of Cognac. This cognac is aged for 20 to 25 years in 350-liter French oak barrels, without the addition of coloring or sugars, which gives it its characteristic pale amber color and a dry and elegant profile. On the nose, it displays floral and spicy aromas that give way to notes of woody herbs, raisins, and other dried fruits. On the palate, it offers a smooth and velvety texture, with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, vanilla, and a touch of licorice, culminating in a long and elegant finish.
