Vineyard and Winemaking
The grapes come from selected plots on limestone and sandy soils, which provide tension, elegance, and a marked minerality. The 2023 vintage was characterized by a spring with moderate rainfall and a warm, dry summer, allowing for slow and homogeneous ripening that favored the balance between freshness and concentration.
Fermentation and subsequent aging took place in 225 and 400-liter French oak barrels for 12 months, carefully selected to respect the varietal expression and add complexity without masking the fruit.
Tasting Notes
On the nose, it is delicate and complex, with aromas of ripe white fruit, white flowers, and citrus, accompanied by subtle toasted and spicy notes. On the palate, it is broad and silky, with an enveloping texture and vibrant acidity that balances the whole. The finish is long, precise, and mineral, leaving a sensation of elegance and depth.
