Domaine de Cristia Rosé 2024 is a dry rosé wine, refined and delicately perfumed, produced in the prestigious AOP Côtes de Provence. This Cristia Collection cuvée represents the purity of the Provencal style, with a winemaking process that seeks to preserve the freshness and character of its maritime and sunny terroir.

Grenache and Cinsault grapes are grown in vineyards located between the Mediterranean breeze and the limestone slopes that bathe the south of France. Harvesting takes place at night to preserve the most volatile aromas. The must is obtained by direct pressing, followed by a slow and controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, at low temperature.

The wine rests on its fine lees for several weeks, without malolactic fermentation, to maintain its crisp character and vibrant tension on the palate.

Pale pink color with salmon reflections. On the nose, it shows aromas of fresh raspberry, rose petals, white peach and a delicate citrus background. On the palate it is agile and saline, with a silky texture and a clean, floral finish that invites another sip.

Perfect to pair with fish carpaccios, fresh vegetable salads, sushi, soft cheeses or grilled seafood. It is also ideal to enjoy on its own, under the spring sun or at a Mediterranean dinner by the sea.
