Domaine de Cristia Côtes du Rhône 2023 is a dry red wine produced by Domaine de Cristia in the AOC Côtes du Rhône, in the southern Rhône Valley. It comes from Grenache vineyards grown on red clay and galet soils, where the Mediterranean climate provides freshness and concentration to the wine.

Harvesting is done manually, with careful selection of the bunches. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in concrete tanks with native yeasts, followed by 9 months of aging in a combination of concrete tanks and one-to-three-year-old oak barrels, which allows the wine to develop its characteristic complexity and elegance.
