On the palate, it is fresh and flavorful, with lively acidity, friendly tannins, and a balanced finish that combines fruit with subtle hints of its brief aging in barrel.

Pairing

Ideal with white meats, cured meats, aged cheeses, and less intense red meats. It pairs very well with traditional Spanish dishes of moderate character. Serve at 16 ºC.
