Its limited production, barely two barrels, makes each bottle a true rarity.

The Vineyard

It comes exclusively from the Carravilla plot, a small pre-phylloxera parcel located at 935 meters of altitude in the Atauta Valley.

The goblet-trained vines, cultivated under biodynamic principles, grow on sandy soils with silty-stony-calcareous profiles that provide tension, depth, and a marked mineral identity.

The south-facing exposure favors balanced ripening while maintaining freshness and precision.

Winemaking

Dominio de Es's philosophy is to guide the wine without excessive intervention, respecting the natural rhythm of each vintage and each plot.

The aging takes place in only two semi-new Burgundy French oak barrels, refining the wine without masking the expression of the vineyard.

Tasting Notes

Elegant and deep nose, where ripe red and black fruit combine with mineral and spicy notes, and delicate balsamic undertones.

On the palate, it is precise and silky, with a fine structure, great freshness, and a long finish marked by the minerality and tension characteristic of Atauta.
