Edetària Selecció Blanc Magnum is the ultimate expression of white Grenache from Edetària, the family winery located in Gandesa (D.O. Terra Alta). Made exclusively with 100% old vine white Grenache, it aims to convey the Mediterranean terroir with elegance and freshness.

Fermentation takes place in large 500L French oak barrels for several months, which provides structure without masking the aromatic delicacy.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Bright yellow.

Ideal with seafood (calamari, garlic prawns), fatty fish, mild chicken, fresh cheeses, and warm salads. Its volume and elegance are also perfect for accompanying rice dishes and sautéed dishes with mushrooms.

History and Terroir

Edetària is a sustainable viticulture winery that works with its own vineyards between 25 and 60 years old. The grapes come from various soils (tapàs, còdols, panal), which gives great complexity and character to the wine. The Magnum version enhances the perception of amplitude, allowing the nuances to evolve gracefully in the glass.
