Tasting Notes

It presents an attractive pale, bright, and very lively strawberry pink color.

On the nose, it stands out for its high aromatic intensity, with notes of forest fruits such as redcurrant, raspberry, and red blackberry, accompanied by a fresh and very expressive sensation.

On the palate, it offers a broad and pleasant journey, supported by a refreshing acidity that brings balance and dynamism. Its fruity character and slightly sweet finish make it an especially seductive wine.

Production

The Garnacha is harvested manually at its optimal ripeness and transported in small capacity boxes to preserve all the quality of the fruit.

The production is carried out using the traditional saignée method. The skins remain in contact with the must just long enough to obtain the delicate rosé color characteristic of the wine.

Subsequently, the skins are separated, and alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, thus preserving all the freshness and aromatic potential of the variety.
