El Sueño de Bruno 2022 is the most intimate expression of Bruno Murciano's project. It is born from the desire to produce a great Bobal red, capable of showing all the nobility of this variety in its highest and most demanding territory. Coming from the Las Brunas area, in Caudete de las Fuentes, at almost a thousand meters of altitude, this wine is the perfect conjunction between centenarian vines, extreme calcareous soil, and artisanal winemaking that breathes sensitivity and respect for tradition. Perfumed, deep, and full of character, it is the materialization of a long-cherished dream.

Tasting Notes

Intense cherry color, deeper than other wines from the winery. On the nose, a very high aromatic intensity stands out: concentrated black fruit—morello cherry, plums, berries—along with aromatic herbs like thyme and rosemary. Perfumed, broad, and full of nuances. On the palate it is powerful, flavorful, and deep, with abundant tannins that provide a rustic touch, defined character, and an imposing presence that speaks of the calcareous soil and the extreme age of the vines.

Food Pairing

Ideal with Manchego gazpacho, game meats, traditional stews, intensely flavored poultry, mushrooms, and mountain dishes. Serve at 16 ºC to fully unfold its complexity.
