On the palate, it is concentrated yet agile, with polished tannins, good acidity, and a savory texture that reinforces its Atlantic character. The finish is long and persistent, leaving fruity memories and an elegant earthy sensation.

Pairing and Serving

Ideal for accompanying white meats, cold cuts, and fresh salads. It is recommended to serve between 14 and 16 ºC to enjoy its freshness and balance.
