El Alba is the first rosé from Bodegas Emilio Moro, a wine created to symbolize the transition between night and day. The combination of Tempranillo and Albillo results in a delicate yet profound rosé, where freshness coexists with an elegant complexity, true to the house style.

Production

Made from Albillo and Tempranillo grapes harvested on the same day and processed together from the start. The first fraction of the must obtained after pressing is selected and ferments for approximately 15 days at a temperature close to 18 ºC, aiming to preserve the aromatic expression and finesse of the wine.

Tasting Notes

It presents an attractive pale pink color with salmon reflections, clean and bright. The nose is subtle and complex, with notes of delicate white fruit and red fruit, accompanied by dried flowers and a mineral and creamy background that evolves in the glass. On the palate it is light but with personality, with a silky texture, lively acidity, and a harmonious finish. The finish is persistent and fresh, with fruit and floral nuances reappearing.

Pairing and Serving

Ideal for pairing with fish, white meats, pasta dishes, and rice dishes. It is recommended to serve between 8 and 11 ºC.
