Vineyard and Winemaking

El Zarzal Blanco is made from carefully selected Godello grapes in El Bierzo. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures, and the wine then remains on its lees in 2,500-liter French oak foudres for approximately eight months.

This aging provides complexity and volume without losing sight of the natural freshness of the variety, achieving a harmonious integration between ripe fruit and wood.

Tasting Notes

Visually, it presents a bright straw-yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose offers an elegant combination of fresh white fruit and subtle citrus notes, accompanied by floral nuances, fennel, and a mineral and balsamic background. On the palate, it is fresh and enveloping, with well-integrated acidity and a long, persistent finish full of nuances.
