Tasting Notes

It presents an intense straw-yellow color with golden reflections, clean and bright. On the nose, it stands out for its great aromatic complexity, where notes of fennel and fine herbs, dried white flowers, ripe stone fruit such as peach and apricot appear, along with a marked mineral background. The aging contributes elegant nuances of fine pastry and subtle hints of honey, perfectly integrated. On the palate, it is voluminous and enveloping, with a silky texture, precise acidity, and a long and persistent finish that leaves a fresh, mineral, and very balanced sensation.

Ideal to accompany seafood, elaborate fish dishes, seafood rice dishes, and gourmet cuisine. It is recommended to serve between 6 and 10 °C to appreciate its full complexity and elegance.
