Sourced from vineyards between 25 and 50 years old, planted on clay-limestone and stony soils, which provide depth, freshness, and structure. The harvest is manual, with rigorous selection in the vineyard and in the winery. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, and it is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, where the wine refines, preserving its fruity character and natural elegance.

Intense cherry-red color, with high intensity and violet rim. On the nose, it is expressive and elegant, with aromas of ripe black fruit —blackberry, plum, blackcurrant—, accompanied by spicy notes, cocoa, licorice, vanilla, and subtle balsamic and mineral hints. On the palate, it is silky, broad, and structured, with fine tannins, balanced acidity, and a long, persistent finish, where the fruit and aging nuances blend into a harmonious and profound whisper.
