Etxeco Patxarana Navarra 75cl – Navarrese tradition since 1831
Available size: 75 cl
Product description
Etxeco Patxarana Navarra is the authentic expression of one of the most emblematic liqueurs in northern Spain. Produced in Viana by the Belasco family, this pacharán represents more than eight generations of tradition, conveying the identity of Navarra through a recipe that remains true to its origins.
Pacharán is obtained by macerating sloes —the fruit of the Prunus spinosa shrub— in anise-flavored aguardiente. This method, known since the Middle Ages, allows capturing the fruity intensity and natural character of the sloe. In the case of Etxeco, the family recipe seeks a particular balance: a less sweet profile than other pacharáns, where the fruit is expressed more clearly.

Authenticity and origin
Pacharán has been part of Navarra's gastronomic heritage since the Middle Ages. At Etxeco, the Belasco family continues to produce it in Viana with the same philosophy that began in 1831: respect for the traditional recipe, rigorous selection of Navarrese sloes, and a production process that prioritizes the purity of the fruit. Each bottle conveys the character of a land where tradition and identity remain alive.
Serving
It is recommended to serve it very cold or with ice to fully appreciate its freshness and balance.
