Finca Collado Garnatxa + Monastrell is a red wine born from the encounter of two Mediterranean souls. The lively freshness of Garnatxa and the warm depth of Monastrell embrace in this wine, which pays homage to the sunny landscape of Alto Vinalopó, in the heart of the D.O. Alicante.

Born from high-altitude vineyards, cultivated in clay-limestone soils, under the influence of the sun and the breeze from the nearby Mediterranean. The harvest is done manually, with selection in the vineyard. The winemaking process involves fermentation in stainless steel tanks, using some whole clusters to preserve freshness, and partial aging in oak barrels, seeking roundness, complexity, and balance.

Tasting Notes

Bright cherry red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it displays aromas of fresh red fruit, raspberry and cherry, accompanied by notes of plum, Mediterranean herbs, violets, and a subtle spicy background. On the palate, it is juicy, agile, and balanced, with soft tannins, good acidity, and a long finish, where the freshness of Garnatxa and the depth of Monastrell blend in harmony.
