Tasting Notes

It presents an intense cherry color with violet reflections. The nose is dominated by fresh red and black fruit, with notes of blackberry, cherry and violet, accompanied by subtle hints of cocoa and soft spices. On the palate it is balanced, with round tannins, good acidity and a fluid and pleasant finish. Its finish is persistent, with fruity memories and marked freshness.

Pairing

Ideal with red meats, small game dishes, Iberian cured meats, mild stews and semi-cured cheeses. Serve between 14 and 16 ºC to fully enjoy its young and fruity character.
