Pale pink, almost onion skin. The nose stands out for its aromatic fineness, with notes of wild strawberry, white peach, delicate flowers, and a mineral background. On the palate, it is fresh, elegant, and silky, with balanced acidity and a long, vibrant finish that makes it very gastronomic.

Perfect with grilled fish, seafood, Mediterranean rice dishes, fresh salads, and sushi. It also wonderfully accompanies fusion cuisine dishes and light tapas.
