Product Sheet – Genio y Figura Albariño 2025

Genio y Figura Albariño 2025 is a white wine produced by Attis Bodega y Viñedos in the D.O. Rías Baixas, Spain. It comes from vineyards located in the Salnés Valley, with granitic soils of sandy-clay character and a west orientation towards the Atlantic Ocean.

The harvest is done manually in perforated 15 kg boxes, followed by manual selection upon arrival at the winery. The grapes are completely destemmed and pneumatically pressed. The must undergoes cold settling and ferments spontaneously at a controlled temperature between 12 and 15 ºC. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 4 months on its fine lees with bâtonnage. No malolactic fermentation is carried out. Clarification is performed with fish glue and tangential filtration.

Tasting Notes

Intense yellow color with green reflections, clean and bright. On the nose, it presents a sweet intensity with aromas of fresh white fruit and subtle citrus notes that provide a pleasant freshness. On the palate, it stands out for its sweet and fresh sensation, with balanced acidity and a long, mineral finish. 

Food Pairing

Ideal to accompany seafood, fish, rice dishes, and salads. Also enjoyable on its own as an aperitif.
