Ginraw is a gastronomic gin born in Barcelona, created by four great specialists: a chef, a sommelier, a master perfumer, and a mixologist. Their goal was to create a gin capable of satisfying the demands of haute cuisine and capturing the essence of the city through its aromas.

Its production breaks with traditional methods thanks to the use of Rotaval® technology, used in haute cuisine to distill each botanical individually at low temperatures. This innovative process preserves the freshness, essential oils, and aromatic delicacy of each ingredient, resulting in an elegant, intense, and extraordinarily balanced gin.
