Greywacke Sauvignon Blanc 2022 is a creation of winemaker Kevin Judd in Marlborough, New Zealand. Sourced from vineyards in the Southern Valleys and Wairau Plains, this wine aims to capture the best of the terroir with careful practices such as night harvesting, stainless steel fermentations, and partial spontaneous fermentations, in addition to lees contact. The result is a white wine with excellent balance between ripeness, aromatic freshness, and minerality.
