Tasting Notes

Cherry red color with an open hue. The nose reveals bramble fruit, sloe, and Mediterranean scrub notes, with an elegant spicy background. With aeration, hints of cocoa appear, characteristic of Giró grown on limestone marl. On the palate, it caresses with a fine texture, polished tannins, and a persistent, harmonious finish.

Pairing

Ideal with white meats, inland rice dishes, Mediterranean cuisine, roasted poultry, and mild stews. Serve between 15 and 17 ºC.
