Tasting Notes

Dark, deep, and dense red color. On the nose, it displays extraordinary complexity with hints of dried fruit, noble woods, sweet spices, balsamic notes, fine leather, and elegant oxidative notes. On the palate, it is broad, enveloping, and perfectly balanced, with integrated sweetness, lively acidity, and a very long finish that lingers with nobility and depth.

Pairing

Ideal to enjoy alone, as a contemplative wine, or with very mature cheeses, high-purity dark chocolates, toasted nuts, and low-sugar desserts. Serve between 14 and 16 ºC.

Recondita Armonía Fondillón 1987 is not just a wine: it is liquid memory, a work of time and silence that connects generations and preserves the historical grandeur of Alicante's Fondillón.
