Tasting Notes

Deep red color, great density. On the nose, it is complex and enveloping, with hints of ripe fruit, noble raisining, spices, old wood, and balsamic nuances. On the palate, it is broad and structured, with an admirable balance between sweetness, alcohol, and acidity, a silky texture, and a very long finish, full of depth and elegance.

Pairing

Ideal with cured and blue cheeses, dark chocolates, dried fruits, low-sugar desserts, or to enjoy alone as a digestif or contemplative wine. Serve slightly chilled, around 14–16 ºC.
