The Vineyard

The grapes come from vineyards located on slopes between 450 and 480 meters of altitude.

The shallow and stony soils naturally limit yield, favoring great concentration and balance in the grape.

These conditions provide structure, aromatic intensity, and a distinct mineral character to the wine.

Winemaking

After fermentation, the wine is aged for 14 months in new French oak barrels.

It then remains 24 months in bottle before release, refining its texture and gaining complexity.
