The Vineyard

The vineyards are located in a microvalley traversed by the Arga River, in the Ribera Alta de Navarra.

The plots are situated between 310 and 495 meters of altitude, in an environment with a great diversity of soils, cool nights, and good ventilation, ideal conditions for achieving balanced ripening and preserving the aromatic freshness of the Sauvignon Blanc.

The harvest is carried out plot by plot at the optimal moment of ripeness.

Winemaking

Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature between 14 and 16 ºC to preserve all the aromatic expression of the variety.

Subsequently, the wine remains for 3 to 4 months on its fine lees in the tank, providing volume and smoothness on the palate.

Tasting Notes

Greenish-yellow color, bright and crystalline.

On the nose, it displays great aromatic intensity, with notes of pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit, and boxwood, accompanied by citrus and freshly cut grass aromas.

On the palate, it is fresh, unctuous, and smooth, with an enveloping texture balanced by a lively and refreshing acidity.

Pairing

Ideal with seafood, fish, salads, Asian cuisine, ceviches, and mild cheeses.
