Tasting Notes

Deep ruby red color with garnet flashes. The nose opens with notes of ripe black fruit, sweet spices, cedar, graphite and a delicate toasted background. On the palate it is enveloping and elegant, with firm but polished tannins, balanced acidity and a long finish where spicy notes and ripe fruit persist. A red wine with a serious, cosmopolitan and seductive character.

Pairing

Ideal with red meats, grilled sirloin steak, stews, game birds, traditional stews and aged cheeses. Serve between 16 and 18 ºC for optimal expression.
