Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for approximately 18 days. After a total maceration of about 20 days, the wine begins its aging in barrels, where malolactic fermentation also occurs.

Aging:
Minimum 24 months in French oak barrels, followed by bottle aging for at least 3 years.
Bottling: June 2019.

Serving temperature: between 12 and 14 ºC.

Tasting Notes

It presents a picota cherry red color with a tile rim, reflecting its evolution. The nose offers intense aromas of cherry and plum jam, accompanied by spicy notes such as pepper, clove, and vanilla, along with elegant balsamic nuances. On the palate, it is voluptuous, with a long, fresh, and refined finish, perfectly balanced and highly persistent.
