It comes from a single vineyard planted in 1991 and is made following organic farming criteria. Tasting Notes

It has an intense red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it displays aromas of ripe black fruit, plum and licorice, accompanied by balsamic, toasted and spicy notes. On the palate, it shows fresh acidity, soft and sweet tannins, a balanced body and a long and enveloping finish that combines elegance and depth.

Pairing

Ideal with light game meats, duck, aromatic stews, mushrooms and medium-intensity aged cheeses. Serve between 16 and 18 ºC.
