Tasting Notes

Bright, light, and clean cherry red color. The nose is delicately expressed: fresh red fruit, subtle floral nuances, and notes of Mediterranean scrubland that provide freshness. On the palate, it is lively and balanced, with marked acidity, gentle tannins, and a long, harmonious finish. Light in form, yet with soul and body.

Perfect for grilled white meats, inland rice dishes, mild stews, cured meats, young cheeses, and Mediterranean tapas. Serve between 12 and 14 °C to fully enjoy its freshness.
