La Guigasse 2022 is a dry red wine produced by Chapelle St. Theodoric in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape AOC, in the southern Rhône Valley. It comes from Grenache vineyards planted in sandy soils, where Mediterranean climate conditions and the influence of the Mistral bring freshness and concentration to the wine.

Harvesting is done manually, with a careful selection of grape bunches. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts, followed by aging in concrete tanks, allowing the wine to develop its characteristic complexity and elegance.
