Fermented in new French oak barrels and aged on lees for 14 months, it is a wine of sublime creaminess, lively acidity, and full-bodied elegance.

Tasting Notes

Bright straw yellow color with grayish glints. Complex nose of ripe stone fruits, vanilla, creamy aniseed notes, and a mineral echo. On the palate, silky and enveloping with a medium-high body, great creaminess, and lively acidity that balances its richness: a harmonious and elegant wine.

James Suckling describes it with flavors of Japanese yuzu, green apple, wet stones, and a smooth, mineral finish.

Pairing

Perfect with aged cheeses (Manchego, Parmesan), oily fish, creamy mushroom rice, baked seafood, or vegetable creams. Its rich texture and balanced acidity elevate intense dishes without overshadowing subtleties.
