La Mujer Caballo Naranja 2021 is a solar song wrapped in amber, a reflection of the ancient tradition of skin-contact wines in Valencia. It originates from a vineyard planted in 1972, where indigenous varieties –Valencí, Moscatel Romano, Airén, among others– ferment on their skins, yielding a deep orange hue and an unadulterated aromatic intensity.

The must rests for 8 months in a carefully combined aging process in oak, acacia, and stainless steel barrels, without fining or stabilization, preserving the purity of the terroir.

Deep gold color, with orange nuances. On the nose, it shines with aromas of ripe citrus, white flower, ripe yellow fruit, light marmalade, and subtle toasted notes from aging. On the palate, it is enveloping, fresh, and juicy, with a pleasant tannic structure and a spicy, herbaceous finish with delicate complexity.

Pairing
