Product Sheet – Barón Ladrón de Guevara Blanco Semidulce
Barón Ladrón de Guevara Blanco Semidulce is a sweet and fresh song from the Alavese vineyards of Valdelana, a spontaneous and balanced blend that celebrates the union of Viura and Malvasía in just the right measure: 50% each, born from vines over 35 years old, planted in clay-limestone soils and caressed by the Atlantic-Mediterranean climate.
The grapes are pressed with carbonic snow, undergoing a three-day pre-fermentative maceration that enhances their most subtle aromas and maintains their natural and aromatic character.

Tasting Notes
Pale yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose displays intense aromas of white fruits in jam —peach, pear, quince— and almond blossoms, with tropical hints of pineapple and melon that invite pleasure.
On the palate, its semi-sweet character is natural and refreshing, with a balanced acidity that prevents it from being cloying, and a very pleasant finish with a slightly bitter touch.
Food Pairing
Perfect for appetizers, starters, seafood, and mild fish. Adds harmony with fruits and soft cheeses. Its charm lies in its feminine simplicity and its ability to accompany without dominating.
Barón Ladrón de Guevara Blanco Semidulce is a sweet tightrope walker: refined, fresh, and evocative, designed to be savored slowly under the Rioja sun.
