Tasting Notes

Bright straw yellow color. On the nose, it displays seductive aromas of white flowers, orange blossom, fresh citrus fruits, dried fruits, and toasted almond. On the palate, it is sweet and complex, with hints of vineyard peach and stone fruit, balanced by good acidity that provides freshness. Its texture is enveloping, with medium body and a harmonious finish.

Pairing

Pairs wonderfully with seafood, oily fish, white meats, and seasonal dishes such as mushrooms or truffle. Also ideal for delicate cuisines where the perfume and texture of the wine can be fully expressed. Serve between 9 and 12 ºC.
