Product Sheet – Laurel Blanc 2023

Laurel Blanc 2023 is a dry white wine produced by Clos i Terrasses in the D.O.Q. Priorat, Spain. It comes from vineyards located in the Les Manyetes area, near Gratallops, where Garnacha Blanca, Chenin Blanc, and Viognier grapevines are cultivated in the llicorella (slate) soils characteristic of the region.

The harvest is done manually at the beginning of August, with a careful selection of bunches. The grapes are destemmed and gently pressed with a manual press. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in a combination of 400-liter barrels and amphorae, where the wine matures for seven months.

Tasting Notes

Bright pale yellow color. On the nose, aromas of ripe stone fruit and citrus zest, with a pronounced saline minerality. On the palate, fresh and deep, with a subtle, well-integrated influence of wood aging.
