Le Grand Pin 2022 is a dry red wine produced by Chapelle St. Theodoric in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape AOC, in the southern Rhône Valley. It comes from 35-year-old Grenache vineyards located in the village of Pignan, where sandy soils and a Mediterranean climate offer ideal conditions for this variety.

Harvesting is done manually, with a careful selection of bunches. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in concrete tanks with indigenous yeasts, followed by aging in concrete tanks, which allows the wine to develop its characteristic complexity and elegance.
