Les Passeres 2022 is an estate red wine crafted by Colección de Toneles Centenarios in La Cañada (Alicante), with Alicante Singular certification. It is a trellis vine of 50% Monastrell and 50% Arcos, sourced from old vines planted in the 1960s on sandy soils, hand-harvested .

Vinification includes foot-treading in clay amphorae, spontaneous fermentation, and a combined aging of 3 months in amphorae and 4 months in used 500L French oak barrels, without filtration or fining .
