Tasting Notes

Pale yellow color with soft golden reflections. The nose reveals delicate aromas of bitter almond, peach, ripe pear, white flowers, and a light herbaceous touch. On the palate, it is fresh and mineral, with good acidity, a smooth entry, a creamy texture inherited from the lees, and an elegant finish reminiscent of white fruit and bitter almond notes.
