Product Sheet – Louro do Bolo Godello 2025
Louro do Bolo 2025 is the purest and most vibrant expression of Godello in Valdeorras. It is born from the granite slopes of O Bolo, where the vines cling to poor soils, under the Atlantic sun and the mist that envelops every dawn. A wine that breathes freshness, minerality, and elegance, a faithful reflection of the most intimate Galician landscape.
Produced by Rafael Palacios, a master in interpreting Godello with sensitivity and precision, Louro do Bolo comes from old vineyards cultivated at high altitudes with minimal intervention. Fermentation takes place with native yeasts in large French oak foudres, followed by aging on fine lees for 4 months, seeking the perfect balance between fruit, volume, and mineral freshness.

Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is fine, elegant, and complex, with aromas of ripe white fruit—pear, baked apple—candied citrus, white flowers, and a mineral background reminiscent of wet stone and the Atlantic breeze. On the palate, it is silky, enveloping, and fresh, with balanced volume supported by vibrant acidity and a long, saline, and persistent finish, where minerality and fruit embrace in harmony.
Pairing
Perfect with Galician seafood, white fish, seafood paella, creamy cheeses, white meats, and Asian cuisine. Its elegance and freshness make it a gastronomic white, capable of shining in both appetizers and main dishes.
Louro do Bolo 2025 is a song to the granite landscape of Valdeorras, to the purity of Godello, and to the savoir-faire of those who understand wine as an act of respect and patience. A glass that breathes Atlantic freshness, stone, and light.
