Tasting Notes

Intense red color with violet reflections. On the nose, it displays aromas of blackcurrant, plum, mint, spices, and subtle notes of tobacco and cedar. On the palate, it is structured and balanced, with firm and mature tannins, good acidity, and a long, elegant finish, where fruit and wood are harmoniously integrated.

Pairing

Excellent with grilled red meats, lamb stews, spicy dishes, and cured cheeses. Serve between 16 and 18 °C.
